#Read3: Feb. 9, 2014

Happy Sunday, America!

Today is the National Read in the Bathtub Day. It’s gotta be a hard thing to do, especially if you primarily use an iPad to read. I learned that the hard way.*

Here is my #Read3 for this Sunday. Hopefully you’re not reading this on a bathtub right now.

  1. Five Ways Colleges Are Coaxing Students Out of Their Cars – Streetsblog details how college campuses across the country are doing their part in encouraging greater use of public transit, rideshare, biking and other alternative transportation methods for its students, faculty and staff.
  2. Bill Nye and Ken Ham Debate Whether Creationism Is Science – I watched the whole thing this week. Why is this still a debatable subject? All the points to Bill Nye the Science Guy…always.
  3. Jay Leno says goodbye to “The Tonight Show” – I always liked Jay Leno and will greatly miss seeing him do what he does best weeknights at 11:35 on NBC. He will still perform every Sunday night at the Comedy and Magic Club in Hermosa Beach. I’m planning on seeing him perform there March 2..

Have a great rest of your week!
