Those four days at the WTS Transportation Academy sure were fun! If you haven’t had a chance to follow up on the things I learned, check out my full recaps from day 1, day 2, day 2.5, day 3 and day 4.
Also new on my blog, I have an updated résumé. The last time I updated my résumé was last November, which also was my first, and it was long overdue for an update. It’s updated now so check it out.
On Sept. 6, I will serve as a moderator for a panel discussion at the Mobility 21 summit at the JW Marriott at L.A. Live in Los Angeles. I am very honored to have been chosen to moderate a discussion on technology and innovation in transportation in what is the largest transportation summit in California.
Other big names expected to be at the summit include former Pennsylvania Governor and keynote speaker Ed Rendell, Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.) and more. To register for the summit, visit the Mobility 21 website.
In mid-October, I will attend my second and final PRSSA National Conference, this year in Orlando. It’s always great to meet students and professionals from across the country who are as passionate about entering the public relations field and eager to connect as well.
Look forward to both posts coming up within the next two months.
